K	Kelly De Sousa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Who ever is working the kitchen tonight made one of the best quarter pounders I have had in a while. Most times they are made in such a rush and are so messy. Just the right amount of condiments and the burger was placed very neatly!! Like you were looking at the picture on the menu!! Great job.

No problem. After waiting 15 minutes minimum for our order of 7 items, it’s clear we were just waiting on the junior chickens. They were warm, but every single other item in the order was not only cold, but so cold as if it had been sitting out for a long time. Could not enjoy anything it was all disgusting, waste of $50 wish we went to another location.

Over the past couple of months, the quality of food/service, rude staff, food thrown together with no care, not even getting the right items in the order (after clarifying multiple times), and overall consistency for anything have greatly declined. We usually come late at night and never had a problem but are now being told we can’t order certain items that we would’ve ordered at a later time earlier in the week, we go to the McDonalds on Gretzky and we are able to order the items we were looking for. It’s a real shame, they started out so good but they’re just trash now.

However when we did mention our food was missing they felt terrible that they lost their receipt and they gave us two free pies and two free salads to make up for the mistake. People make mistakes so I'm giving them five star still because they fixed the mistake by making me happy

Half our order was given away to a staff members friend and when I asked where ours was the staff member yelled at me! She was incredibly rude! By the time they found our order it was after 11 and they wouldn’t fill the hash brown portion of our order because it was “too late” I can’t get over being yelled at by a teenager in a customer service position. Truly disappointing

Some customers were complaining about delay in getting the orders out. One asked for a refund after one staff member tells him there is nothing they can do, as they are just busy! I wanted to redeem a reward and gave it to them, however after I paid, the cashier staff said sorry, I forgot to add it, so she gave it back to me!I After waiting 5 + 5 minutes, it took 10 minutes to get two egg sandwiches and two coffees. The manager/owners came out to give me order and apologized- they are very nice people! The coffee Nd sandwiches were great; can’t complain.
