Not only did he act like he owned the place, he acted like it was his first day. Rarely do you see a stranger exuding so much joy at a job. No, we're not related

I eat her normally but lately the speed of service has been really slow, I asked for a meatball sub obviously to go, and went to my car, pulled into the parking lot of the bank (which is beside them) to eat and found the meatballs are cold, like refrigerated cold, me being in a hurry because my lunch is only an hour I ate it anyways (yuk). While eating I get hard pieces of the meatball that was actually crunchy. I got out of my car to go complain but the lineup was all the way to the door.

But I was in a time crunch today and it was closest to work so I thought let’s give it another chance. Well once again disappointing. Came at 1pm on a Thursday and my bread was clearly yesterday’s. They say it’s not but years ago I worked in a subway and know the texture difference. This is my biggest pet peeve with this restaurant. People want fresh bread people. And the guy dressing my sandwich, his gloves clearly soiled with mustard and mayo and went to make my sub. NO WAY. I politely asked him to change them (as he obviously didn’t think it was necessary himself) He appeared irritated as it was busy but that’s not my fault. I don’t eat either of those condiments and didn’t want them spread all over my food. I give up on this location and will NOT return.

Always the perfect amount of toppings and very fresh. Love this location. Great work to all the staff.I'm generally not excited about fast food. They made it wrong, and when I called to get it fixed, I just wanted the subs remade, Shawn said he couldn't help because I placed the order on the website, and had to go through customer service. It's not the websites fault that either the employees can't read, or that they handed me a different order. I have tried to contact Customer Service.I have not heard back. So basically Subway on Lynden Road stole my money.
