β β β β β Staff was rude and gave me 2 ketchup packets to eat with my meal and no sauce. When I noticed, I went back to complain and there was no apology, they just grabbed a handful of ketchup and put it in my bag without saying anything.

β β β β β Ordered two 2 piece Tuesday specials. Not impressed AT ALL! If I had t already gotten on the highway I would have taken it back for a refund. The pieces are tiny and way over cooked. Chicken is dry. Was it because I didnβt buy at a high column time of day?

β β β β β definitely need to update their business hours. it is posted they are open until 9:30pm, but when we arrived at 7:30pm no one was answering the drive thru window and employees were leaving. inside the restaurant was dark and shut down. either the employees are making their own rules at this location, or management should change the posted hours!

β β β β β May 2, 2022 decided to go inside for a change instead of the drive thru.
When I was ordering the person behind the counter said it will be 15 minutes for the chicken - I thought I can wait at least the chicken will be fresh and hot. This was 6.22. 15 minutes roll by - I can see them serving the drive thru customers - nobody comes to the front of the counter. Another gentleman had been waiting before me and I can hear him complaining that they always serve the drive thru first. I can say I have done the drive thru and it is not very quick either.
6.45 I start to stand right in front of the counter - no body comes
finally 6.50 the girl looks at me and sees that I am annoyed she tell me the drive thru has been crazy - I am ready to cancel my order and she says it will be right out. Finally at 6.56 I get my food. Get home the grease had soaked through the box and bag - it was not very good.
The pieces were really odd shapes and sizes not normal chicken pieces like they used to be.
No apology no sorry just some really soggy chicken

β β β β β Writing this from my bathroom! First they do need to update their hours, my boyfriend went through the drive through at 6:30pm and they told him they're closing in 15 minutes so basically, hurry up with his order(even though online it says they close at 9:00pm). Secondly, as soon as I took a sip of the drink I had very low hopes for the meal, the Pepsi tasted like water with a hint of Pepsi flavour. Thirdly, about 15 minutes after eating we both began to get stomach cramps, thank god we have two bathrooms is all I have to say. Spent most of the time with stomach issues. Never again!
