β β β β β Decent service, we didn't use the drive thru as we wanted to use the wash room after the long ride. They were training a new staff so it had its own hiccups, understandable.

β β β β β I ordered an extra large steep tea today through the drive thru, and when I got home to enjoy my tea I noticed it was double cupped! So I pulled the cups apart and they had put a large cup inside of an extra large cup and charged me for an extra large! I honestly thought how extremely sneaky this move was! I called to speak to a manager but they aren't in until tomorrow morning! I'll be calling back! Watch if your double cupped!

The men's bathroom is DISGUSTING! Really!? Doesn't management use bathrooms themselves? Are they happy to use dirty facilities like this when they travel?

β β β β β I go to this Tim Hortons every morning, and every morning the staff treats myself and my sister with kindness. They always say good morning and have a smile on their face, even when it's a busy day or the weather is miserable. Thank you to all the workers for following Covid-19 protocols and doing their best to keep the community safe, we appreciate it!!

β β β β β Avoid this location go to another location if possible bc they always screw up the orders and always run out of main products even early in the morning SMH, who runs out of hashbrowns at 8am and why would they serve completely burnt bagels to customers? Not to mention drive thru is super extremely slow!!!
