Staff advised I would have to pay $4 for additional fries supreme as even if their error I have to take what was punched in till. No corrections allowed. You eat what they decide...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, waited 5 minutes fir them to tell me they are closed. It is 8:15 and mall closes at 9 and they are telling everyone that walks up they are closed but watching Skip The Dishes grab orders still.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cutting corners, is that a food basics bag with buns and wraps I see behind the counter?….Avoid this location, honestly we are avoid KFC/TACO BELL brands all together after our families last two experiences with them and their willingness to lose customer count over a $17 refund or replacement meal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place didn't open until 12:15. Male cashier was really rude. May I suggest some customer relations training. Guy needs it.. Had to wait 16 mins for a Big Crunch. Guess they has to catch a fresh chicken ? for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter just ordered the festive double bucket feast and have never been more disappointed. The 8 piece bucket of chicken was only have full when we opened it because the pieces were so small. 4 chicken strips in another bucket that were no thicker than my finger. What a disappointment. It was like we were getting the bottom of the barrel like whatever they had left. Will never order from this location again.

AVOID THIS STORE LOCATION AT ALL!!!
I ordered double chicken bucket from this restaurant for dinner and their chicken on the bucket is mixed with good and bad chicken.
I'm talking about chicken that smells bad, rancid and dark colored like its been outside the fridge for days.. expired chicken.
I don't know how they inspect their food quality for this restaurant but that is so bad. they should be cooking fresh chicken all the time.. and the worst part is that we called this location and the manager is so rude and ignorant! She tries to make excuses like its just the oil that they use and that its not their fault anymore and that's the delivery's fault. how can it be the delivery drivers fault its their store that made it! and how can she explain some good mixed in with the bad ones if its the oil.. and I know fresh fried chicken smells like and taste like compared to the bad ones.!
Seriously this restaurant needs to be checked for FOOD SAFETY CONCERN!!!! do not go here go somewhere else where food is safe!
