★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not one for leaving reviews but been sitting in this Tim Horton's drive-through for the past 15 minutes to get an order would be quicker to leave . And drive to another location here I am again February 26th at 10:26 went in side figure it would be quicker what a mistake that was 15 minutes to get two Farmers warps ask for extra sauce on them and repeat it to them and they still screw it up every time. I come here they take to long or they screwed up my order this place is a joke

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The young men who work here always mess up the order at least once and when you try to fix it they become rude and impatient. I only have issues like this when I use drive thru and when it’s the teenage boys the young ladies are usually amazing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went through drive thru with my wife, daughter and two month old son who we just got to sleep. Ordered two drinks and cravable sandwich. Spent 5 minutes in drive thru and was then asked to pull to the front of the store where we sat in the car for close to 10 minutes waiting for our sandwich that never showed up. My wife decided to go in and see what was going and they told her they have no buns to make that sandwich. Are you serious ? She then had to wait another six minutes for a sandwich to be made with a different bun that they did have. So what these workers were going to do is leave us waiting out front of the store in our car until one of us went in. We waited 20 minutes at a Tim Hortons for something that was never going to be made and not one worker was going to come outside to notify us. This is unacceptable service and I hope the owner will hold this team of staff members accountable for their actions and poor service.

Nope not cause they are busy ots happens all the time, and today not one person was on line or waiting for their order, I come in 5 mins after I order on mobile app and have to ask who is making the mobile orders.. now the customers are doing the managers job too!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive through line was super long. Normally I know thats not the locations fault, however we went inside to order which took longer than usual By then the drive through had only moved a couple cars. What we bought was good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in at this location and service was amazing! My drinks were prepared by a young lady Carly and she was extremely nice and so polite! Had a smile on the whole time and had such positive energy! Definitely made a great start to my day! She prepared my order very quick and everything was correct :)
