β β β β β Maybe im just bad luck or maybe its the labor shortage, but the food has been subpar the last few visits, ordered on the app, was incorrect and the feedback I gave was greeted by an online customer service system that actually is a joke and made it worse....No more Wendys for a while for us.

β β β β β Litterally worth it to drive across town to the other locations. This locations takes roughly 15-18 mins before youβre out the drive thru
Also the food isnβt the same as the other 2 in town

β β β β β My family and I went through the drive thru tonight and placed our ordered. We got to the window and the girl was rude as ever and pretty much through our food at me. Absolutely ridiculous how we were treated and she was rushing as if 20 ppl were in line( we were the only car in drive thru)
To make it worse we got home to our order being wrong.

β β β β β very polite and energetic young man working the drive thru this evening! our burgers did take about 5 minutes to be ready, so we were kindly advised to pull up and wait. food was delicious and great customer service!
