★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Audio Pro hit it out of the park. Fantastic service, fantastic price, fantastic atmosphere.
Someone tried to steal my truck, the next morning I decided I needed to up my security. Audio Pro staff were professional on the phone answering all of my questions, they took me in right away, and went above and beyond for me. Not only did they do a professional job hooking up all of the new products, they cleaned up the wiring mess from the last guy, fixed cosmetics, and gave me a in depth walk through of all my new functions.
10/10 this is where you want to take your vehicle.

It only took 20 minutes. Sounds great...thanks Mike !

They are also super generous and have donated door prizes numerous times to our local Jeep club.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I write this review with complete satisfaction in receiving what I sincerely call a truly amazing customer service experience from start to finish!
I'm an extremely picky person when it comes to my truck (okay, everything ..lol), and I have wanted to upgrade all the speakers in my Ram for a long time, but I didn't want some big box store sales garble, nor the "usual" speakers either.
I also know that anything Ram/Chrysler/Jeep and their Uconnect / CAN-Bus systems also require a lot more knowledge and experience as these system are very finicky and proprietary in the way one has to add new upgrades to it be it audio and or performance.
I searched for a highly rated shop that only specializes in one thing; Audio! I drove to Audio Pros and met with Ryan and Mike. They asked me specifically what I was looking for, and listened to everything I had to say.
Ryan recommended Focal Speakers as I appreciate detail in my music, and depth of tone as well. I was provided a proper quote right then with no gimmicky upsells or hidden fees. I approved the quote and they got me in right away.
So today I have a full set of new Focal Speakers in my truck, and I can't even believe this is the same truck because it sounds so damn good and clear and detailed.
Ryan and Mike, I appreciate the recommendation and the fantastic super professional service as well. These speakers are well worth the money, and your level of knowledge and expertise is clearly evident.
I will be back again to add to my system with a new deck, amp, and sub, plus a front and rear camera too. You've got my business, and my recommendations to those looking for the proper Audio Pros to see for their sound quality needs!

They were very professional and polite and did the work in the time quoted. Everything was perfect and working great. Would definitely do business with again. Thanks Boys!

I felt they were very knowledgeable and I felt confident they could do a Professional Job in maintaining a clean stock look while providing me with a system upgrade. Absolutely Loved the result of their work and the SOUND. Amazingly satisfied with the final result and their service. They were Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 10 stars to this place I would. Mike and Ryan are fantastic and went above and beyond. My car had a glitch when the stereo was installed and we weren’t sure if it was a compatibility issue as this car was new to me. They took the time to take the whole system out so I could take it and get it checked and sure enough it was an Issue with a sensor, nothing to do with the new stereo setup. They reinstalled it all at no charge. They are very accommodating and take the time to answer any questions you have. There work is clean tidy and precise & the new sound is perfect. There knowledge and advise is top notch. If you need a new system in any motorized vehicle these are your guys!! Thank you so much guys for being sooooo amazing!! Great service experience from start to finish.
