WOW The worst place ever been rude, obnoxious. the guy doesn't even want to try help you or even make an effort. After I got a remote starter installed nothing but problems with it from day one & keeps telling me, he has no time right to now to fix it, told me to come back in a couple of months! What kind of place is this? I paid over $450 for a car starter that I can't even use & I had to go somewhere else for them to fix this guy's installation. Never again I'm ever come back here again.

Great guy and very fair. He put my stereo 5 years ago and helped me out now.Good service then and good service now. Cheers

DO NOT GO HERE! Gary will cut you off while arguing with you saying EVERYTHING is your fault! Very disappointed with his installation of my stereo (which was my fault because again everything is your fault), left wires showing, cracked the side of the one door installing wires, screwed up the one install on my amps... the list goes on. I BEG you, do not give him the time of day! Would rate a -5 if I could!

Just got yelled at by Gary for asking a question completely related to my vehicles audio, I thought he was just having a bad day but based on the reviews that's how he treats people.

I wish I had read the reviews before going! I went yesterday at 9:45am when they supposedly open at 10am. I was there until 10:15 and no one showed up. I called and no one answered, I left a message and no one called back, I used the email written on the door and it was returned. I should have taken this as a sign because I came BACK before closing and Gary had the audacity to say he didn't have 5 minutes to give me and to come back next week so he can tell me what remote car starter model I have and therefore what remote to go buy for it. I found this whole experience EXTREMELY off-putting and unprofessional. His attitude and customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. I wish I could put a negative number for a review as this business seems to be lacking customer service COMPLETELY. I will be talking my business elsewhere and I hope whoever reads this does the same to avoid the treatment I received.

So bad , Just called to check what’s the rate for remote starter for my car , he told its $450 plus tax , Alright , I asked if there is any other options , the person who picked up asked me if you’re looking for cheaper I said yes , he says β€œGood Luck” . Wow great place and customer service

Any business who operates like this should not be in business. I went in one day to inquire about getting a deck installed in my car and ended up agreeing on a price to install. Gary (the owner) advised me I had to pay $30 up front for the dash kit because he had to order it and wanted to ensure he didn’t loose his cost on the dash kit in case I ended up going somewhere else. Long story short, l made the not so bright decision to pay up front for the entire job ($305). Let’s remember, the only part Gary had to order was the dash kit for $30 dollars. A couple of days later, I started having issues with my car in the following days and decided I better get it looked at before going through with the install. Went back to Gary and advised him I’m having issues with my car and going to hold off before installing the deck. Gary responds by saying well it’s not his fault that I pre-paid for everything and he can only refund me for the labour costs ($135) even though the only part he ordered was a $30 dash kit. When I called him out, he lied and said he ordered other parts when he knew full well he originally told me all I had to pay was $30. He then proceeded to tell me he’s going to call the cops on me for causing a disturbance. I told him to do that so I can advise them of how you like to rip people off without even doing any work. Gary is always right, and if you have an issue, there is no solution with him. Look at the other reviews, trust me when I tell you, avoid this place at all costs. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Worst dealing ever. For remote starter, I booked on 26th Nov.2021. He gave appointment for December 6th with the condition of advance $100. When I arrived to leave my car, he asked for the balanced full payment before even touching the van. I asked that I will pay the full balance when I will get it done and checked the work. He refused. After hard argument he agreed to refund me back. VERY BAD BUSINESS ETHICS !!!!
