I ordered a $55 arrangement, then added a $10 upgrade fee and paid extra for a morning delivery. The flowers did not arrive on the scheduled day, so I had to contact Bloomex. I received an "order stats changed" email with no information. The flowers did finally arrive the next day (pretty useless the day after my anniversary) well after the 12pm deadline, and they looked terrible. Each of the blooms were brown and wilted with holes in 2 of them. I suspect they were sitting in a truck for 2 says. I tried to get a refund on the delivery fees. My emails to the support address received no response. The online live agents abandoned our chats 3 times. When I called their support number, they simply said there was nothing they could do. Do yourself a favour and get flowers elsewhere, especially if they are for an important occasion.
J	Jess Rhee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buy from this website. If you were like me and thought the overall reviews were decent enough and the convenience of having delivery super great, be warned. The flowers I got were wilted, in horrible condition, and not worth the money I spent. I even spent more to upgrade the bouquet to be more embellished and let's say it was extremely underwhelming. Some of the leaves were broken and some of the flowers were falling off. This bouquet I bought cost me $90 and I will never buy from here again or recommend Bloomex to anyone. When I asked for a refund, they would only provide store credit and not even for the full $90 including my shipping fee, just the cost of the bouquet without tax. Awful product and awful customer service.

They are all CLEARLY fake accounts trying to drown out all of the 1 star reviews. Seriously, take a look on the BBB website to see for yourself! Do not order from Bloomex. I chose to send my mother flowers for Valentines day on Sunday Feb 13th, and they sent them Friday Feb 11 when she was not home. They left them outside in the snow all day until 6pm when she returned from work. I reached out to them that evening and they said they did that because they did not want to pay higher delivery fees with their courier to delivery them on Sunday?! Well they got my money for the flowers and delivery, so I am not sure how that is my concern. The next day, all the petals were falling off due to the freezing temperatures. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, as they refuse to re-send fresh flowers or give me a refund. They are only offering a $20 credit towards a future purchase. I will never use this company again, disgusting customer service, and very untruthful business practices. The customer service has stopped responding to my emails, so I will wait to see if I get a reply with the BBB. Awful service! I am sure they will respond to this with the cut and paste response I am seeing on all of the other negative reviews. Do better Bloomex! Update- totally copy and pasted their awful reply back. Also noticing they are creating tons of fake accounts giving themselves 3 star reviews. All these new "5 stars" profiles all have given 3 previous reviews and they are all hidden. Be more obvious Bloomex? This company is nothing but fraud!

Thank you Bloomex for making this right! The flowers were acceptable quality, but only half as many as expected. Re-delivery for the rest of my order would have cost an additional $15 plus tax for re-delivery.

After seeing these reviews and hearing from friends experiences with this company I wish I knew in advance to warn my dad before he placed an order. My dad bought a beautiful and full looking bouquet, paid extra for fast shipping and what came in was an absolute joke. It came with a few roses (that weren't even suppose to be a part of the bouquet) and some other DEAD flowers. When my dad contacted Bloomex to complain and ask for a refund, they refused and deemed what he received as acceptable. They acknowledge a few of the dead flowers and offered some STORE CREDIT..... Unreal. We will never buy from Bloomex again and will advise everyone we know to avoid this company at all costs. Such a scam.

These flowers were garbage after sitting outside in the cold all day. My mom wasted $70 on these SEVEN daisies. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Order flowers through a local florist. The customer service is awful after submitting a complaint. They refuse to refund. What a joke. Almost 70 dollars for 7 daisies that show up late and look like trash.

These are the flowers that were sent to my friend. When I contacted bloomex they said that’s why they were 50% off and they couldn’t guarantee how the flowers would look. I never expected a half dead bouquet and the representative who I ordered them from should have told me this. They did offer me a $20 in store credit but i feel they should at least cover the cost of the flowers. I don’t think I will be ordering from them again

I found the site easy to navigate and the prices to be quite good, they had a lot of specials. I chose to add a card and vase to go with my selection which told me I would be able to pick the size of the vase as I continued but that didn’t happen. So once I completed my order I phoned their customer service line and they explained it was just the one vase included in the offer and the card being sent would match the occasion I chose. The only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 is because I would like to have been able to see the cards available and choose my own. The flowers were delivered on the day I chose and the directions were followed. I really liked that they allowed you to provide a phone number and they sent you updates about the delivery. The flowers were well packed for the delivery and as you can see by the photos quite beautiful. I had a positive experience using Bloomex and I would recommend them to others.
