I live in British Columbia and wanted to send a unique and special gift to my dear friend, who lives in Cambridge. When I called the number listed on the website, I was expecting to leave a message on an answering machine because not only was it outside of usual business hours, but also there is a 3-hr time difference. However, Sara answered the telephone and was so kind and helpful in creating the perfect gift basket for the situation. Sara kept me updated the entire time (by telephone and email) and my friend totally loved the basket.
