★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently went with Dryden GM to get my Civic fixed. Overall I was happy with all the employees I interacted with as they were all friendly and helpful. My car was well taken care of and the fix was done well.
That being said, I was a bit disappointed in the time it took to diagnose my car's issue (a week) and the service fee came in a decent amount over budget.
Overall a good experience and would be 5 stars easily had the diagnosis not taken so long.

My recent purchase of a used vehicle had an unexpected repair present shortly after taking ownership. They brought my truck in for service immediately and pretty much took care of the entire bill.

The employee was very helpful. She also had her manager with her. They helped me. Gave me ideas. They went above and beyond their job. They helped me to make sure I was ok. They explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend this dealership for any of your needs. And thank you for helping me with compassion.
