★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have given 0 stars if I could. Online/call center inventory does not match location. Twice I have reserved cars online or by phone and half an hour later I get a call from the location saying "sorry we have no vehicles". Extremely inconvenient. Save your time and frustration and choose to rent with national down the street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The weather was crazy with record snow fall. The Entreprise staff still drove to Sioux Lookout from Dryden. Was only at the time able to provide me with a car, but then when I got to the airport to pick up the car, they had an SUV for me, which was my preferred choice of vehicle. The whole process was super quick and painless. Something you want after being in a car accident. Thank you for your amazing service and quick action to provide me with a vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't super impressed. I don't have a credit card but was willing to put a deposit on my debit card, only to be told the deposit would be returned by cheque in 7-10 business days. Seriously? You take it off debit, you can put it back on debit. Didn't rent from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hit a deer late at night just outside of Dryden and wrote off our little Nissan Micra in the middle of our move across the country. The very next day, Enterprise had a Kona for us to continue our move. They waived the drop off fee as we weren't heading back east and had us back on the road in no time. Daniel was great and even set us up with roadside assistance in case we had any other mishaps. Would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented out an SUV from this branch and had the luxury of working with Dan to get this accomplished. Firstly, I would recommend to call the branch first about what is in inventory as the call/customer service will just make the ticket and does not give you a guarantee. Ask for Dan and you will not regret it! The customer service from Dan was outstanding! The care he had for myself and my friends was amazing, and he was very accommodating. If you are a tree planting in the area, highly recommend to reach out to this branch and ask for Dan! After a long and tiring season, you definitely want to have the most relaxing and easy rental reservation there is. 5 star rating!
