Staff cant get the proper materials even when provided with a previous invoice showing part numbers and product descriptions. Do not pay for your products until you have verified what you were given is correct. Huge issue when you return home hours away from Dryden and you have the wrong part and no local dealer. Phone message for manager to call me back and follow up email not responded to by dealership. Beware.....

tasked with the last repair and could not get the parts. It was a nightmare. Once they had the parts they were quick to repair and get my vehicle back to me. The girls at the service counter were always professional and did what they were able to assist. Thank you, good service in a bad situation which was not of their making.
