★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They say there is no such thing as karma!! It’s nice to see a positive customer service come back my way for a change . They went beyond to make sure there loyal customer was takin care of . It’s 2:34 on Saturday , probably the busyness time of the year as well . I called them and I had a flat at Movati gym , they came to the gym took my tires off and put my snow tires on at the same time... this is wow .. I thought customer service was only dished out by me from my company ... 1hr from phone call to doing what they had to do !!! Love old school service !! Thanks guys that meant a lot to me !!! Hope you enjoyed lunch!!!! Service at its best ....

Recommend 100% and worth the wait during seasonal tire changes but I started coming here for my last two and can say the wait is not as bad as other places!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super impressed! Shane, you are a hard working, knowledgeable, HONEST and friendly mechanic. They were able to accomodate a last minute appointment with ease. West Street Tire fixed a slow leak in my tire which was caused by two nails. He also found that my valve was leaking which contributed to the problem. I was in and out of the shop, patch job and valve replacement for a very fair price. Shane was friendly, and easy to talk to. He was knowledgeable, and explained in easy to understand terms what was wrong, and allowed me the ability to decide what to do, with his recommendations. I will return!
