★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've shopped here maybe ten times over that last five years or so, and the one thing that always stands out to me is that the staff are happy. The physical store isn't pretty. It's a bit dark (no windows), and feels crammed, but that doesn't seem to effect them. Seeing and overhearing their interactions with one another, I can tell that they get along and the moral in the store is high. Plus, they've always been friendly to me. You don't see that too often in a grocery store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since moving to Brantford we've done a lot of personal shopping at the store. Staff is always friendly & helpful in many ways & here's one huge example of them going above customer service!!!
In the lockdown I work outside a lot in the hot sun now. Never owned a hat but with 31Ç I got a burned scalp. I saw some hats ganging in the store so I asked if I could buy one & found out they were for summer decorations & were not for sale. I explained why I needed one so bad & can't buy any in lockdown.
I finished my shopping a while later & to my BIG SURPRISE they gave me a big brimmed summer hat at no charge. I was beyond grateful for this kindness.
Thanks again from the bottom of my heart.
