Can't even come into the store to look at products without an appointment. Low staff. Funny because it's been low staff for 2 years now and same nonsense, Can't get emails returned in timely or professional manner. I can only imagine how much money and business your company is losing with your business practices. I am ordering thousands of dollars of products online instead of purchasing at your store. Wake up! I recommend to everyone to avoid this company and simply do your research online and choose products and you will find better service elsewhere. 2 thumbs down to Ensuite and Emco Brantford
