★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had several quotes for windows for our home. Dayside’s sales rep, Jeremy, was knowledgeable and very professional. Jeremy answered all our questions and provided us with a detailed quote for all the windows. He gave us an estimated timeline as to when we would receive our windows and sure enough, as promised, the windows were ready for install in the time frame given.
James, Tyler and Matthew who installed the windows were all very courteous , professional and paid attention to detail.
We would highly recommend Dayside Windows and Doors

After moving into our home, we noticed a major draft as the old window was not shutting properly so moisture was an issue. I asked a friend, Lauren S. about her experience with Dayside as they installed a custom bay window for her family room. She raved about the experience so I went by her referral. From the moment we called them, we were pleased with the custom service. Mike was friendly and professional with the quote assessment, Jennifer was courteous and organized with the booking and the installers were gracious, hard workers. Our room is now transformed and we don’t freeze at night anymore! We are very thankful that we went with this family owned business. We will refer others in the future ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chose dayside windows and doors due to the no tax promotion they had going on. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly. Oct 2021, they came to install the windows and 3 doors. It took 2 days to get completed. The installers were very friendly and seemed to do a good job. After installing the windows we found some scratches in 2 of them. Not a problem, they ordered two more to replace. Fast forward to Feb 2022. They installed the 2 windows with scratches for the 3rd time. This time, they are perfect. As for the doors...... First they look amazing on our house. The installer had to rebuild the frame on the back door as it was rotten. Did a good job on that one. But from day 1, the side door doesn't seem to seal properly. I had the installer back once to adjust the sill plate (took weeks to get them back). After adjusting that it was like a wind tunnel under the sill plate, you could actually see the outside. Feeling frustrated, I fixed that one myself as the weather was cold, and I was not waiting weeks for another fix. The corner wedge kept bunching up and had to buy a pkg of 6 so I could attempt to keep the cold air out. I ended up offsetting the wedge into the frame more with some chisel work. Recaulking in a few spots was also necessary. I had to also put expanding foam under the sill and cap it with wood & caulking. The flashing around all that was installed was done very well. From start to finish, the people I dealt with were professional and respectful. Just not sure what went wrong with that side door? Would I use them again? Right now is a maybe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In addition to the French doors we replaced last year, we just replaced all of the windows in our house. After the positive experience with the patio doors, we once again went with Dayside. While Covid and supply chain issues caused some pretty significant delays, it turns out it was worth the wait. Great product, great price, great service. The installers were fantastic, once again. Nothing to clean up when they were done and all the trim and caulking work was expertly done!!!!

The installers are very friendly, hard working and ensured everything is done correctly and totally cleaned up before leaving. The windows and door look absolutely stunning and top quality! I would highly recommend Dayside Windows and Doors.

We had windows installed in September 2021. Every single window is flawed and/or damaged, both inside and out. We had the owner come out to look at them in September and told us he would have someone come and fix all the interior marks and scuffs (they are just on the surface apparently because its vinyl throughout, but that's not the point), and that someone would come quote to redo all the black paint on the exterior. It is now June, and to date, it has been me calling and doing most or all of the follow-ups to A. figure out when and who is coming to paint, or B. Provide me with a partial refund for the horrible windows they let leave the factory and for wasting my time.
*Please note: We had all of our basement windows done by them and they are flawless, which is why we went with the same company again to do our main floor*
I did ask for half of my money back and did not think it was unreasonable for the lack of care, the terrible windows and the countless amount of phone calls I've had to make, I was immediately and rudely shut down. So we're back to having them repainted (must be cheaper for them).
Super unfortunate and frustrating that someone can spend years of savings on a product that looks like this and have to hound a 'reputable' company for 8 months to find a solution and hold them accountable. *if the painter actually comes and the windows look like they should, I will update this to reflect that*
The photos attached below are just a few snapshots of the windows. They should have never left the factory looking this way, period.
