K	Kyle Slager on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered all our windows and front door through this place we did the install the windows came in later then they told us it would be and when we finally went to pick up our windows and front door they forgot to even order our front door what a disappointment as we waited a very long time They never offered a discount or any kind of service for there mistake. Our bathroom window we ordered with acid etched and it came frosted not what we orderd so we had to wait over 2 months for them get new glass which we thought was a very long time for 2 small pieces of glass. The sales man failed to tell us that the windows we ordered did not come with a window jam and we had to custom make them which was an extra expense. The front of our house is bricked and we have 4 windows in the brick area none of these windows have a brick mold which in my opinion if your a professional window place it should be a no brainer for you to automatically add this in your quote for the customer. I would highly recommend not using this window company as they are not as educated on the windows and doors they are selling.

Well we are very pleased with the product and the installation from Mike / Frank and all of his team. I have to say Frank was the lead on the installation and he is a true craftsman, goes above and beyond to make the finished product look awesome. An absolute top notch crew. Highly recommend working with them for your window or door upgrades Thank you West brant window world.

We couldn't be happier with there team so professional service and kindness... I own a salon have sent at least 10 people to them and everyone has said how impressed they were. if you are thinking about using them don't waste time looking around they are the best and put quality and service first, thank you Laura

They were quick to come and provide us with a quote and a pleasure to deal with. On install day, the crew arrived and got right to work. They were all so friendly and pleasant. They were done in half the time I had thought and I could not even tell that they were here. I think they left their work spaces looking cleaner than when they came! We are beyond happy and would absolutely recommend them to friends and family and use them again in the future.
