When I received the bill it was $600 over that. I called and no one responded and then they simply decided to take it off my credit card without a return phone call. I will never advocate getting windows or doors from Clera, despite doing a good job in the installation. Still waiting for a call Clera!

Very professional and friendly staff and installers that really know their stuff. They offer a high quality, easy to use products with great financing options.

We paid extra for the pin locks (at bottom and top)that were supposed to be installed but they ordered the wrong ones for the door and we have yet to receive them, even after numerous phone calls. We had to have install person come back to reseal bottom of door as caulking shrunk and bugs were coming in under the door. We also had to arrange for the install person to come back ourselves (which took over a month) as the Brantford location didn't want to. The screen door keeps coming off the tracks as well, and it's been less than one year of install.

I went with Clera because their windows seemed comparable and they have been in business for over 40 years. The windows were installed today by Avni and his team. Absolutely incredible and efficient installers. They went the extra mile to seal every window inside and out with a beautiful trim job. They all look beautiful including the two large patio doors. I am thrilled with the out come. Thanks Dave for not being that pushy salesman. I am a very happy customer. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and I will be calling CLERA in the spring to install my windows in my new garage.

We got a lot of compliments from our friends and neighbors and recommended Clera. I like that the sales manager doesn't oversell the product and listens to us.

Still waiting for a call from the VP even after stating my displeasure. The installion was ok. however they had to come back and fix some issues. I would not feel comfortable reccomending this company.
