★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brookstone is very thorough before ordering and installing windows. They took measurements at least 3 times before ordering and once after windows were ready. They called when windows arrived at their warehouse and made appointment for installation. They crew of 3 installers for 5 bedroom style windows were courteous and very efficient The complete installation including clean-up took less than 5 hours. We are very satisfied with windows and the instillation process. We give them 5 STARS out of 5.

I still remember when Macy knocked on our door, she was so lovely and friendly! The company went the extra mile during the install to repair some of our old trim that was letting ants into our home. I would highly recommend this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had them come to my home to provide a quote on 6 windows. The person came without even his own measuring tape and I had to provide him with one to use.
The quote was around $16000 for 6 windows! When I was shocked about the price the guy just grabbed his stuff and left. Was never emailed the quote even though he said he will. I asked the company to email the quote and they said they will but never have either and now they are ignoring my communication efforts.
Clearly they don't need the business.
*EDIT: After leaving the review they reached out and send over the quote with a discounted price.

Trim around the windows looked great and very happy with the cleanup afterwards. Definitely recommend
