★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nina sold the business to someone new. She was incredible with my dog. Did a great job, was kind and patient. My dog yelped once when she was clipping his nails and after that she would always use a grinder instead.
The new people did a terrible job cutting my dogs nails the first time. They cut his pad by accident and the nails look like they were chewed off. They were apologetic but didn’t take ownership of the issue and blamed it on his nails. They also seemed more concerned that I don’t take my dog to the vet, as he was bleeding.
It took me a lot of restraint not to go into the back room to grab my dog and walk out. The owner made a joke about his constant yelping sounding like her dog. I guess they think this sort of incident is normal.
I’m honestly ashamed of myself for letting his yelping go on as long as it did.
Nina recommended the place with the new owners. I let her know about what happened as well.
I will not be back.
