★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just to be clear, I’m very pleased with the finished product. It looks incredible.
That being said, when I reached out for a pricing, the quote I was given was almost 50% less than what the final bill came to. Which was a little surprising to me. Not a super big deal, but just a bit of a twist in the narrative.
The biggest issue I had was damage done to my shower threshold. Little scratches from an aluminum measuring device that, unfortunately, will not buff out. When I went to pay the deposit, I notified office staff of the damage. I made it clear to the office staff that I was not looking for compensation, I just wanted them to know, so they could ask their employees to be a bit more careful next time. After saying this, one individual in the office said to me, “are you certain that it isn’t residue left over from the tape you put on it? I know that’s happened to me.” Unfortunately, no. I informed the individual that these are permanent and I was still left with 3 faces of scepticism over my claim. Again, I wasn’t asking for compensation, perhaps an apology...
In summary, the final product is incredible. They truly are master craftsmen. Customer service and public relations are beyond lacking.
