★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great, fast and friendly service. We had a few complicated issues with our fridge, but the service technician knew his stuff and was always willing to follow-up with possible solutions. Eventually the problem was solved and now it works like new again! Would call again for any appliance repairs.

SOS provided a professional repair, honest, and walked me through the issues and estimated costs before they were agreed upon. Thank you for the service! Will use again (hopefully not too soon) and would recommend to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have everything wrong with my dishwasher and they couldn't figure out how to fix it. It doesn't dry, doesn't start washing, just fills and drains. Doesn't heat up.
They were 3 hours late and also scratched my floor pulling out the dishwasher. I recommend calling someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their website indicated they serviced Tillsonburg. I called and the customer service representative said that they do service that area. I provided my full address and booked the appointment. On the day of the appointment no one showed up for the agreed time, nor did I hear anything from SOS. I called and spoke with the technician who simply refused to drive to Tillsonburg. I don't recommend this company for its unprofessional service.
