★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly, very highly recommend Peter Martin's for your appliances! Carolyn was so friendly and helpful when purchasing my new fridge and stove. She helped me find the features and fit for my kitchen. Then my dishwasher died and her honesty when recommending the replacement was greatly appreciated! Ryan was the very friendly technician that hooked up my new dishwasher. His care to detail from cleaning up some sawdust to demonstrating the workings of my new dishwasher shows how much he cares about the customer. I'm sorry I didn't get the delivery techs names but they were super efficient in how they brought in and removed the old fridge. Not a chance they were hitting any walls or scuffing the floor....Precision all the way! If there was a delivery award they would get first place! Thank you to the whole team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a rental air conditioner, furnace and hot water heater before Peter Martin. Now we have purchased all of these items. Terry was great. He listened to what we wanted, and didn't try to strong arm us into anything. No high pressure sales tactics. Thank goodness! The installation crew (Cam & Mark) were fantastic. When they left, you would never have known they were there, everything was so clean and spotless.
The furnace is so efficient! We have actual heat on demand, and we have never had such cooling power from our air conditioner. We keep turning the temperature up because the house is colder than we need it.
Will never deal anywhere else, as far as I'm concerned. They are respectful, great price, and couldn't be happier with the products & service. Thank you to everyone on the Peter Martin team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am dumbfounded by this company. Until today, they were our place to go for appliances. We did not hesitate to send friends and family to Peter Martin for not only appliances (and warranties) but heating/cooling systems. Our issue appears to have started with our heating/cooling system warranty. We were sold a 5 year warranty- but Peter Martin is adamant that is is a 3 year warranty. We have written confirmation that when we purchased our system it included the 5 year warranty. If we run into difficulties in the disputed 2 year period, we stated that we will need to consider legal action. The thought of legal action appears to weigh heavy on Peter Martin’s mind - to the point that he is refusing to honour the extended warranty that we purchased when we bought 6 top of the line appliances for our new home. Now he is refusing to come into our home until we say the words “we will not take legal action”. Trying to talk to the man is impossible- his favoured method of negotiating is to simple hang up. His “my way or the highway” is no way to run a business . How he has survived all these years is now a mystery to me.

The "only female"working there became immediately defensive and wouldn't listen and kept interrupting when I was just trying to explain why I was there. A situation that should of been handled in a professional business manner was not and soon became a fiasco Never would I go there go again

While we were there we also purchased the Whirlpool low profile microwave hood combo. Very pleased with the products and services from Peter Martin appliances

Now I have moved out and needed to purchase a new freezer for our home and Peter Martin's did not let us down! Mike on the sales floor was extremely helpful answering all my questions and helped us select what is so far the perfect freezer for us. Best of all their service team delivered it to our basement! They were polite, efficient, and strong we really appreciated that! I would highly recommend Peter Martin for all your appliance needs!
