Sunday 11:30 ish. Walk in Clinic. I arrived somewhat unprepared as I had left my wallet and OHIP card at home. Alicia was holding down the fort so to speak by herself. She very warmly and gently (I was suffering from a painful SInus attract) explained the protocol. Everything worked out fine in the end. I wanted to compliment Alicia on her remarkably calm, good humoured, confident professional attention she paid to each and every patient there on Sunday (there were a lot). Including myself.

Went off the reviews...mistake! Your pharmacy is your health! When 4 out of 5 prescriptions are either wrong brand or a comeback, this isn't baseball! My prescriptions say a "brand" for a reason, sometimes cheaper brands use fillers that cause side effects...and try to hussle them thru...have since taken my business elsewhere!

Hi when I moved to Brantford 3 years ago . I needed to find a pharmacy i could walk too. And this was the only one. As i really don't like change they made it easy to deal with and friendly. I miss Kristie. KATHY is so friendly she put a smile in my face when i walk i and speaks to me by name . So I'm ok dealing with them so far anyway thank you ..

Friendly staff, quick refills and most incredibly, they *never* charge me a filling fee! When I had asked about this, they said they often do this for customers who don’t have coverage. I do have coverage and offered to pay, but they still don’t charge me! It’s nice to have a few extra dollars in my pocket :)

How does a pharmacy go from having my prescriptions ready before I left the doctor's office (I got the call from the pharmacy while I was still talking to the doctor after she sent my prescriptions by computer) to every time I need to get refills it's a hassle and a wait? Now it takes 2 days to fill a regular prescription refill? And repeats that should be on file are lost? Oh, but all these issues are my fault. Today I was asked if I was sure I dropped off my prescription there and not at a different pharmacy. Really? Done.

I was a supporter of this pharmacy from it's inception once I became a patient next door. I used to have exemplary customer service, quick and efficient service, they even gave discounts! For nearly 7 years I've been a loyal patient. However, over the last several months as the pharmacy has changed hands, service has gone completely down hill, to the point my new pharmacist had to threaten Kathy and her team. I pay out of pocket for my prescriptions, and pharmacy locations are a dime a dozen, I will not support this pharmacy any longer. No smiles, just ignorance and you can tell everyone there hates their job. Customer service is important. Medical establishment you may be, but at your core you are a still a business and should conduct yourselves as employees who are proud to represent their workplace.

A while back I had placed a order through this pharmacy and then was fighting to find out where it was for few days. Was told was filled and picked up or sent out then told couldn't find it even though I had been told it was done. Was misplaced and had to be done again. I just placed order 2 days ago for 2 prescriptions. I was told Tuesday morning would all be done and I would have it delivered Tuesday evening then I was called few hours or while later saying one was not there that they would be filled Wednesday and I would be put on list for delivery. I called Wednesday again at 2:30 or so and was told the first delivery had gone out already and they only seen one prescription there even though there was 2 so again excuses and I called again few hours later and was told prescriptions were out for delivery at 7 pm Wednesday evening after pharmacy was closed. It's niw Thursday morning at 2:18 am, where are my prescriptions. They are either in someones car still which I don't appreciate with this virus or they were dropped off to wrong house. I needed both those prescriptions. Where's my medicine. There's no excuse. Very unprofessional service and pharmacy. Do not like way they treat some of their customers and there service. I will not be back after my refills are done.

I wanted to purchase an item that was 10% discount today and the woman at the cash refused to also honour my Indian Tax Exemption card which is racist. I did not purchase the item and will find another pharmacy in the future.
