This place has the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced in pharmacy and I’m a nurse. They don’t even deserve one star at this point every single time I come in there you have to wait 1 to 2 hours β€œcome back later they say” I was in a hurry and it’s close to home so I stopped in today the lady at the Prescription drop off was on her computer and couldn’t even take one second to say hello I’ll be with you in a minute. She just kept typing away ignoring me for over five minutes I will pick up this prescription it will be the last prescription I pick up at this place. It used to be wonderful when it was Dell pharmacy but now it’s deplorable service

Literally the worst customer service available. Never organized, never has things on time, given wrong medications, tries to make you pay even if you have full 100% coverage and so much more. Been going there all my life (going on 26 years) but Bartle's Dell Pharmacy should take it back!!

We decided to come here to fill a prescription for our daughter as it was on our way home and I remember receiving good service here when I was a child when it was IDA. I dropped off the prescription and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I returned in 15 minutes and was told it is not in stock, that it will be here by the next day before 3PM, and that I would receive a call to come pick it up. At 3:30PM the next day, I called them because they did not call me. After a few minutes on hold they came back to tell me it didn't come in. We just wasted 24 hours for no reason. I will not return to this pharmacy and I will not recommend it to anyone. Everything appears to be more expensive in this store and the price for the prescription is $10.00 higher than elsewhere. Don't make the same mistake I did and waste your time here. Take the few minutes to drive up the road to another pharmacy and actually receive proper service. Thanks for wasting my time and pushing back my daughters treatment by another day. UPDATE: Went in to get the prescription back to take to another pharmacy. No one apologized, the old lady at the pharmacy was even more dismissive and rude in person than she was on the phone. She didn't even look me in the eye when she handed me the script. Avoid this place. There's plenty of other pharmacies around within a few minutes of this place that act in a professional manner and aren't an absolute mess inside. UPDATE 2: The owner responded with the same response they give every other critical review. No, I will not be calling you or emailing you to waste more of my time "discussing" it with you. My complaint is here for all to see, including you. What will you do if I call? You can't even apologize in person, nor on the internet. Stop with the insincere responses and manage your store properly. As your client base ages out, you will eventually need to close because the majority of people these days read online reviews and won't subject themselves to such horrible service for a premium price. I'll say it again, there are multiple pharmacies within minutes of this location. Do not give this store your business. Go elsewhere.

I spent over $2700 to get a lift recliner chair was told it would be a day or two it's now been just over a week. Cancellation is not available. So annoyed.Also I get medical supplies delivered to my house as I'm in wheelchair and they charge me $5.65 per delivery. What kind of company charges delivery on necassary medical supplies. Don't most pharmacies have free delivery. I did not hire your delivery staff why is it up to me to pay them?

Got my 2nd Covid-19 shot from the Pharmacist today. There was no line, Pharmacist was pleasant, professional and her injection technique was very gentle. Great experience. Thanks for your hard work to keep us healthy.

The pharmacy staff couldn’t be any more helpful kind and just always so pleasant . Throughout covid I have never had to go without any products or medication for any of my family. When I have questions or concerns they always stop and answer me and they make sure I fully understand everything before I leave. The pharmacy team make this place the reason why I keep coming back. Oh ya and the delivery personnel AMAZING!!
