However as I was about halfway through drying my laundry, a man came in and he and the woman working there started talking and it devolved into a bunch of antimask, antivaxx, covid is a hoax and pro convoy stupidity. The lady working even mentioned how her daughter was part of the convoy and lost her job working at a long-term care facility because she refused to get vaccinated. So I will choose to vote with my wallet and not use this laundromat every again.

I was humiliated in front of the other customers there by the 2 ladies working their or the owners who knows that I was taking up all the machines. The minute I walked in the door I was humiliated and embarrassed. I stepped outside while my clothes were washing because of COVID and walked back into the laundry mat to find this lady removing my clothes from the machine that had probably been sitting there for a minute or two. I was treated horribly the minute I walked in and have never experienced anything like this while at a laundry mat. I guess they make more money when they do laundry for the customers as she had to turn down laundry service because the lady was taking up all the machines, the lady being me… humiliating. never will I ever step foot into this place ever again horrible experience !

C	Chantelle Brook on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst possible place to do your laundry. My brand new comforter went into a maxi loader normal and came out with bleach marks all over. See pics. I told the lady who then called the owner who told her it's not possible that it could happen. I just bought it a month ago at Homesense and now it is ruined and the owner wouldn't even speak to me just told her employee to argue with me and tell me it's not possible. Worst service. If you want to make sure your stuff isn't ruined I wouldn't come to this place. Why would anyone bring their things here if they can't be sure that the machines aren't going to ruin their stuff. If anyone else has had this happen here let me know cause she says it's not possible but I don't have bleach, none of my laundry is done in bleach so how else would it get on the blanket??
