★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our home is 80 plus years. We we had an issue in our bedroom that led us to look up in our attic. We looked and were concerned about what we saw, afraid it was asbestos or vermiculate insulation. We called Elemental due to all the amazing reviews even though they were out of Brantford and we live in Cambridge. Neil was at our home within a couple of hours to look and take a sample for testing. Long story short, everything looked normal and no cause for alarm or testing. Neil was very informative, extremely professional and polite. I want to thank him for acting so quickly!
I would recommend this company to anyone wanting someone who is honest, knowledgeable about what they do and very customer service oriented and quality service. Thank you!!!!

Neal helped us understand the process and getting this air clarity test done really gave my wife and I some peace of mind knowing that we are in fact breathing in quality air. Having three young children it really helped us put to rest that concern living in an older style house. Neal was fantastic to work with and so flexible, I will for sure be calling him again if indeed we need any of his services. Thanks.

The problem area was fully contained and cleared out within a day. Both my wife and I were very pleased with the results. Neal will take the time to walk you through your options and is very clear about the cost to do the job. We would not hesitate to call on Elemental Restoration again if the need arises or to recommend them.
2022Edit: we discovered a separate issue in our basement and we went to Elemental Restoration for help. Neil got in touch with me right away and his team came out and cleared the problem in the same fashion as before. Fast clean and courteous. I am a repeat customer now and very happy with both results. Thank you Neal and team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very honest person. Showed him my concern spots in my basement and he layed out multiple different solutions since my case wasn't dangerous. Even gave me options with advice after I asked if it was something I can take on myself and came up with a reasonable price for me doing most of the work and them coming back and doing a final bulk misting and coating to give the best solution for my budget and wants. Deffinatly works with diy people or can take care of the complete job if your not capable or its a worse case then mine.

The 2 technicians he sent to our property were prompt and professional. Explained exactly what they were going to do and inspected for any additional signs of asbestos. It was a pleasure dealing with an honest and knowledgeable team. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had what I thought was mold on our living room ceiling so I called Elemental Restoration. They had good reviews so I called them. Neal the general manager was at my home within a hour and confirmed it was mold. He recommended a product I could get from Home Depot and take care of the problem myself. He gave us reasons why we were getting this problem and offered solutions going forward to avoid this from happening again. He was friendly helpful and passionate about his work. He personally does every home inspection. He did this for us and there was no charge. If you have water,asbestos,mold problems I would totally recommend you call them.
