★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired Coleman’s to renovate two bathrooms in our house 3 years ago. Now the tiles are cracking, ceiling is peeling, grout is coming out from between tiles. Rob said he didn’t know what was causing it, and it took MONTHS for him to even reply to me. Finally hired a NEW contractor and they’ve had to tear out the showers ($$$$). Discovered Coleman’s didn’t waterproof the shower at all. Rusty screws, very little adhesive on the tiles, walls weren’t true and very wavy. Now I’m essentially paying someone to re-do this job only 3 years later. Oh! And when I went to buy the same replacement tiles this time around, I discovered Rob charged me 3 times what the tiles cost when he did the job. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
