Bill was VERY helpful in doing a quick assessment to compare what I was being offered from my insurance company claim. He was honest in letting me know if he would be able to get me a better settlement offer or not and did not waste time trying to convince me to spend unnecessarily. I would highly recommend him for giving a fair appraisal of any vehicle. Very professional, polite and responsive.Thank you so much Bill for the excellent customer service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very knowledgeable, great to deal with and Bill makes the process quick and painless, got me in next day and got all appraisal info in 2 days. I had him do my 911 for classic insurance. Only wish I had done it in the spring when the values are higher.
Highly recommend.

We were very unsatisfied with the amount we were being offered in the claim by our insurance company. Bill took the time to explain his process and looked up the vehicle type with me right on the phone to see if he felt that we had a legitimate case. He was very easy to get a hold of when needed for follow up questions and guided me on how to proceed. Bill did an excellent job negotiating and fighting our case and doubled the amount we were initially offered. Great, professional and efficient service. I will recommend this company 100%.
