He was prompt in returning calls and messages and was always willing to go beyond what was needed.

He will go through the walk with you and at all times he will see some stuff and will share it with you like windows seems outdated and should be prepared to be replaced or something which he suspect is something fishy which both me and my wife like about him, he is not the kind of realtor who just wants to make a sale and put money to his pocket. He will make sure to get the best deal out for you. We are so happy we crossed path with him and surely buy our next investment with him as well.
