★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are awesome! They saved my computer. They built an all-new computer around my old hard-drive and operating system. When they finished the build (only took two days!), I brought the computer home, turned it on, and viola, it's like my old computer never left. Everything was were it was supposed to be, and everything worked...except it was 100 times quicker. Thank you Matthew for your patience as we were picking parts, and thank you to the unsung hero who built the computer in the back room. You deserve a raise, and thank you for the great work. Your cable management is unbelievably neat. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly this is one of the best experiences I've ever had at a computer shop. Normally I tend to always order my PC parts online and never in-store, but due to all of the shortages and whatnot I tried to place my order in-store instead.
I live an hour and a half away from this shop but thought I'd come in to see if I could get some parts for my new 12th gen CPU build. I was delighted to be greeted by Kevin; a sales person.
Let me tell you that Kevin went way above and beyond in making sure I was satisfied in every way. I placed a sales order with him for a whole PC build because they didn't have a lot of parts in stock but throughout that process Kevin was very thoughtful, patient, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs.
When I went home, throughout the week Kevin would personally call me to let me know about my order and if there's any changes to stock or anything like that.
It was only about a week and a half later that I pretty much got all of the parts that I needed for my full build. Kevin knew that I lived an hour and a half away so he made sure to call me beforehand to let me know I can come pick up everything.
I honestly wish this location was way closer to me so I'd have the opportunity to go in there all the time just so I can feel that excellent customer service again.
Overall I highly recommend Memory Express Hamilton!
P.S: Kevin if you're reading this, just know you're awesome! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently made a purchase that was a final sale for a USB power bank, and unfortunately this one was a defective unit. When I returned to the store I had it replaced without issue and the gentleman who assisted me was very polite and helpful.
I have bought a few items from this location and appreciate the quality items they stock, the store is well organized and fun to browse. I look forward to shopping there again soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am living at Pickering, been there twice in one week because trying to build my intel 12th Gen pc with the RTX 3080ti, got the video card there and got the ROG Z690 motherboard+Ram there. Super nice customer service! Because I need like 4 hours trip so I always call to make sure they have in the stock. They hold the ROG Z690-A (which I can not find anywhere now) motherboard for me also they confirm with me they have the video card last week. The new store will open at Etobicote next month, i don’t think I will back that often because a long drive but if they have something in stock I definitely will come back again!

Usually I shop around online rather than bother with retail locations but decided to check out this Memory Express for a new monitor. Knowing that most electronic stores operate on commission leaves me a little wary but the experience I got from the team at the Upper James location was professional, courteous and efficient. Even with a limited budget the associates were able to find me a perfect solution.Luke was able to find a monitor that suited my needs for my new work-from-home job as well as deliver performance for gaming and media. Open box models were made available if I was looking for a further discount on some of the higher-end or larger displays which I appreciated. Vaccination passports were not required for this location and COVID policies were handled effortlessly and professionally. Excellent attention to detail during the entire length of my transaction!
Sales support after my purchase included:
- Contact information for any issues or concerns I had.
- Over-the-counter troubleshooting if I had any issues or concerns regarding my purchase.
- Coverage in the form of an extended warranty to protect my purchase against damage or malfunction.
- Knowledge that I worked with a team who treated me like a regular even though it was my first time visiting - much appreciated!

After having a horrible experiences at the local Canada computers I am glad to say that I never have to set foot in that dumpster fire ever again. will recommend ME to all.

I had such a positive experience there that I feel I would make the horrible drive through traffic all over again to keep giving these guys my business. Their customer service went beyond being simple customer service. They showed genuine kindness and empathy in accomodating my needs. It was really appreciated and left me with a good impression that will last a very long time. Too often I go to a store that is full of mindless robots who can't adjust or adapt to different situations. It was refreshing to meet real and thoughtful people here who are focused on helping others.
I send my thanks again to all the staff who helped me out yesterday. I'll be sure to recommend you to all of my friends.
