On March 17th at approximately 7pm my 8 year old son attended this facility located in Hamilton Ontario. He attended with his aunt and his 2 friends ( under 18 ) and their mother. The mother of his 2 friends paid for the admission upon arrival for their reservation. My son was given a wrist band by the staff. The place looked to be close to capacity. After the kids began to play a staff member approached my 8 year old son asked to see his wrist band and informed an 8 year old that his wrist band was from last week. The staff then proceeded to forcibly remove him from the facility at about 930 pm at night out into the street with out any attempt to find the child’s guardian. My son was outside in the cold asking strangers to use their cell phones to contact a parent at about 10 pm at night with no jacket for about 30 minutes after spending 10 minutes crying and trying to back into the facility he was denied re entry even to just the reception area where he could have waited safely for his parents and keep warm. I will be contacting my attorney to pursue this matter to the fullest extent!

Went there after phase 3. Great place and definitely world’s largest trampoline. Price is also reasonable, they charge only $20 for hour and 20% off for students. I visited on weekdays and it was also not crowded. Must visit place in hamilton.

I'm pretty disappointed with our experience with Flying Squirrel so far. We booked my son's third birthday party for January, and due to the lockdown we had to cancel the party. Our money wasn't refunded which was a bit of a disappointment. But I understand businesses have been impacted during the pandemic. We decided to rebook today. I booked online for a 10:30 slot and showed up a few minutes early from out of town. The line was incredibly long to get into the building. I called and was told I had to wait in line despite having a spot. I planned my day around this booking and had plans immediately after our booking. When I arrived, it was about 30+ min to get into the building. I asked for a refund because my youngest is only two years old and the number of people there seemed dangerous. Once again, they told me they would give me a credit. Instead, they charged my credit card twice, amounting to over $200. A friend ended up staying and said it was absolute chaos in the park. Children were being trampled. This is incredibly disappointing. COVID aside - you should manage your numbers for the safety of your patrons. The last thing I want to do is haul my three kids out there again (they were so disappointed today) and it not work out due to mismanagement and long lines. From what I'm reading, this didn't just happen today. I will be pushing for a full refund.

Went there for the first time on the weekend ..overall good experience. We went on a Sunday at 1pm , it was busy but not so much that it impacted the experience at all My son has never had so much fun in his life and we'll definitely be back. I like that the parents don't HAVE to pay to go with their child , I did but it's good to know it's an option , the only thing is you can't jump if so. Would easily be a 5 star rating but had to take one off because literally all of their arcade games/machines (especially the hurricane simulator!) were all out of order which was annoying , like literally I think every single game was out of order . All in all good experience tho and would definitely recommend (especially if you have a daredevil child with boundless energy like mine)

A must visit place for kids as well as parents! Energetic vibe and very friendly staff. I wish this place existed when I was a kid ?

Poor processes. We reserved our ticket for 1:00 pm. We get there and there is a lineup that was very long. Online it says β€œskip the line”. That’s false advertising. We paid from 1 pm to 3 pm. That’s not 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm. We had somewhere to go and thought paying beforehand like it said on the site would be beneficial. Instead they have poor processes in place that prevents that. This is not rocket science. So instead of the 2 hours we went for, they got a 1/2 hour less but nothing off the bill. I’ve done a lot of reviews and I’d say this is the first one where I’m publicly saying it’s a rip off.

Great experience. Good value too. If you're not practiced at it and decide to bounce with your kids be warned it's a workout ! Also we found the socks that you get there fit extremely small, myself and my kids had to break the elastics in the ankle to get them on and off but they're only 3 dollars so I can't really complain.

Here on March break in the afternoon. Absolutely packed. Bought 60 minute tickets. Mobile check in was simple and there was a separate queue for mobile ticket holders so we got in past the crowd waiting outside. There are no vending machines for drinks but there's a concession stand. I waited 15 minutes to be served because of how busy it was. I paid $8 for 2 bottles of Gatorade. There is seating up around the trampolines that need to be stalked and hunted if you plan on sitting. Mingling with other parents I discovered that evening time is less busy since the kids are off having dinner. So I would recommend that common sense if you don't like being around many people.
