This credit union is terrible service & took my money from a loan that I paid for. They never paid me back the extra amount they took. Be careful with this people?

I’ve made 4 phone calls since November 11th, left a message no reply finally went to bank on Dec 17th spoke to Lisa , she helped but why no reply in over 4 weeks? And it was to give them more business so now thinking about my decision to move my money there ,

Never in my life have I ever seen a line move slower. The blonde cashier is more interested in having a conversation than providing quick efficient service. Im leaving. Wish i could rate 0 stars.

Waiting waiting waiting. Very poor customer service. Poor communication to its members. Lack of skill in customer service. Hurry up & wait some more for phone calls, emails, in teller service or atmosphere which is limited most times.

I’ve had issues with e-transfers since the maintenance update. I run a small business and I have plenty of outgoing e-transfers a week, and I was unable to send the e-transfers to pay my bills. I came into the branch and was helped by Lisa, Justina and Anna who actually suggested a quick fix for my issue until the Interac department rectifies the issue. I can’t thank you ladies enough for the help, it’s much appreciated!
