The workers here are so rude! Everytime I come I feel like I am given a hard time, and everything is never done correctly the first time, so much so that I have to switch my account to another branch because everytime I come here i have nothing but problems!

I've had an account with this bank, from the age of 10. So has my whole family at one point. I've never had any problems with any of the staff. The MAJOR problem is the fact they only have one branch.

I would not even give this company a star. I would give it a negative 1000%. I have been waiting for more than 3 - yes THREE years for them to resolve a CRA problem which has caused me an overdraft in my TFSA account. It has caused me a penalty, not being able to contribute for 2 years. My financial advisor has gone back and forth with them for 3 years with no progress. People and management keep changing. They did not send in the correct information to CRA in regards to my TFSA and therefore it showed I over contributed. Wrong name and wrong SIN number! Really - who are you people!! They messed up twice. It was February 2018 when this problem was discovered. NO RESOLUTION YET. They solicit clients of other financial institutions. They hold interest cheques. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!! If I could take legal action I would. DO NOT INVEST WITH THIS COMPANY. Nothing but headaches and lost money. Disgusting!!!!!!

Only problem is the hours. Open at 10:am. That' just doesn't work , love to see them open at 8 am. Be good for their business too. I'm sure they would increase members . I recommend this credit union because they are fair with their services. Just the hours and only one branch doesn't cut it,.. Perhaps a credit union machine in the stores would be of great help. .

On line Banking At first I was really confused about what was going on with the website, after a little bit of cussing lol and a little prayer! I can testify that I was able to troubleshoot to get into the on line page... #1) Momentum Credit Union staff are very diligent and do know their customers ...The Management at head office, " I recommend" head office do a much better job in the future of notifications to MCU customers... Especially when they are making changes to the website... Keeping! your client informed about updates to on line banking makes for much more efficient services to all clients. , "it's your money"! In house CSR are way! way too busy with everyday walkins and other duties related to the job.. After I figured it out, it's a good pg. and most importantly it's user friendly...
