★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve received many wonderful services from Hamilton Health and Wellness and was looking forward to a 75 min massage but left feeling disappointed. The room was cold, the massage therapist seemed inexperienced, it didn’t feel like a massage at all. There was zero relaxation.

She was friendly, open and empathetic to my background. I appreciated the comforting environment of my own home and being able to connect with her.

I had just suffered a miscarriage and my GP made me feel very upset with her abrupt manner, blaming me for something that happens to most women who miscarry!
Dr, Penney is supportive and has helped me dive deeper into my health.
I highly recommend her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sam Milliken was very attentive, using the right amount of pressure needed and he even found one area on my back that I didn't even realize. It was on my lower left, I guess it was deeper than surface because I never felt it at the surface level. Sam was able to work that area and it ended up loosening my whole left side.
This is why professionals like Sam are necessary as they have the knowledge to reach the problem areas. I will definitely be returning regularly, Sam is professional, ask questions to know areas of concern, engaging in a quiet calm way with soothing music in the background to help relax after hard working weeks between appointments. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a Professional Massage Therapist!
