★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was experiencing upper back issues. I had trouble finding comfortable sleep positions which caused tears and frustration because of twisting and sharp pain . At work which I stand most of my 8 hour shift, after the first few hours I was leaning on the counter just trying to find a way to stop the pain . I decided to go to Physiotherapy for the second time because I just needed something that worked (the first time was not any help and a few years ago so I thought to try again) . I am so glad I did. Meet and Garth his assistant are such a great team. They worked with me for 13 sessions and I can sleep no problem now, my back at my job is much better and I have only taken 3 or 4 Dr.prescribed strength Naprosyn since I started. I no longer have the tingling in my hands. I am keeping up with the exercises that Garth taught me, but what Meet did with the hands on,scraping and cupping etc. I think progressed me further than I would be without. Thanks again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My PT and Chiro story starts with my neck pain. My neck pain affected my sleep and my tolerance with physical activities. Working from home and sitting for 8 hours exacerbated my neck pain. I'm really happy and satisfied with the help from Meet, Dr. O, Garth and Brittney. The staff are all professional and very knowledgeable. What I really liked about everything was I felt heard and my goals were incorporated into the activities and services I received. I liked the plan of activities and therapy that I received. I believe everything that I learned from this team really helped me relieving the neck pain. I experienced relief and I am forever grateful to Meet, Dr. O, Garth and Brittney.

I had my initial assessment with Anika and in the first few minutes of my assessment she knew exactly what was causing my pain and tightness. She began my treatment immediately and with help from James and Garth and ten sessions later I’ve been discharged back to my old self. Everyone was professional, patient and knowledgeable and always took the time to ensure I knew my exercises and answered any questions I had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precision physio was extremely helpful in identifying the causes of my pain and discomfort. They were very knowledgeable and proactive, and provided me with many ways to help stretch/build my muscles at home. They were quick to answer any questions I had and were very thorough during the entire time I was getting treated. I would definitely recommend :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have the coordination of a newborn baby gazelle, so I have spent quite a bit of time in physio over the years. Precision Physiotherapy is easily the best clinic I've attended. The team works together to make sure you make progress, their care is great, great communication, and they provide treatments that help you get better. They helped my shoulder to the point I can stop physio, but I still see the massage therapist. And if (when) I need physio again, I'll definitely go back.

I Came here initially for my lower back but then got injured at work, the staff at precision Physio were so quick to help and assist me in becoming better then I ever was. I can now perform my every day to day tasks including being able to return back to work 100% healthy and healed. I recommend precision Physio to everyone. Great staff, great atmosphere, great energy overall 10/10.

A year ago my pain was getting to a point where I couldn’t work anymore. I was referred to Precision Therapy and booked an appointment the next day. I walked into the clinic in tears from the pain. Meet was very sympathetic assured me that he could help. Moving forward Meet and Garth took their time to make sure I was comfortable and always made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. Now I am almost pain free and am able to get back to doing the things I love. I couldn’t be more thankful to Meet for helping me get my life back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience here with all who attended to help me get better has been wonderful. When I walked in on June 11th, I could not move my arm at all! I had no range of motion! Between Joya, Jimmy, Garth , Dr. O and Tyler all working together on my shoulder/arm injury, I can honestly say they all have been awesome with helping me get full range of motion back and back to normal tasks I can do myself. They were all informative, professional, and always encouraged me to keep going when I had moments of despair, as my injury took a while to heal and get back to normal. I am going to continue doing the exercises given to me, as I am almost back to 100%. Also, the receptionist staff were always helpful and courteous when making appointments or paying through my insurance. I am grateful for all at Precision Physiotherapy.
