★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I had an amazing experience when we met all of the staff at Bioped orthotics
They were so informative and knowledgeable regarding what we required for our new orthotics. We wore our new orthotics right from the store and are enjoying the new support that they are providing. We do a lot of walking and our new orthotics will make those walks a lot more enjoyable.We will definitely be going back to get additional pairs of orthotics.
Special shout to Samantha and Romaine. Total professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great experience, I was there for orthotics for an arthritic issue in my foot. Samantha from the U. Wentworth location here in Hamilton was great, she explained every thing very well, seems to enjoy her job and knows what she's doing. A real.pro with a nice personality. The reception staff were stellar as well, friendly outgoing and professional. My only issue isn't with the company, personnel or the service, it's the industry in general. The pricing for a simple Dr. Scholls type item and 1.5 hours of consultation and fitting is off putting, for anyone without coverage it could be unmanageable. I'm hoping this product will do what I'm hoping it will, over time!! So far so good!
Overall 9/10 but kudos to the good folks there!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, no communications with their customers , ordered shoes Dec 17th 2021 that’s me just getting them today May 11th 2022 after 5 visits through appointments, we will check and get back to you, six weeks later.. still no call I called them got appt with a Mary, still no satisfaction she gave me a choice of 3 products, no I don’t like ok I’ll check and get back to you, AGAIN few weeks no contact I contacted them , apologies but still no great selection , finally picked a pair not really what I wanted but just had enough of the runaround and wanted it done, I definitely will not be using them again as the last 2,3yrs I’ve noticed them going downhill , Harry Fitzpatrick Hamilton Ontario

Hands down I will return everyone was super nice from start to finish ? I totally suggest to go to bioped on Upper Wentworth. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING STAFF! First time going there and the service was phenomenal. I spoke to Jen to book appointment and she was very kind and welcoming and had Julian take care of my custom orthotics and he was very nice as well and accommodating, made me feel comfortable. If you had any questions he would answer them and asked if I had anymore questions regarding my orthotics or foot care. They were all so friendly, I will definitely recommend them to my friends, family and colleagues. I also would like to mention I booked an appointment and completely forgot about the day and missed my appointment and Jen was very understanding and booked me right away to come in the store shortly after. Love the staff! will definitely be coming back them from here on out! Thank you for your exceptional service!
