A	Aaron Bieber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly, highly recommend Dr. John out of this office. Dr. John has taken care of my kids teeth, saving multiple teeth in a very non invasive way. Because of Dr. John, my kid went from being very afraid to excited to go to his dental appointments. We honestly couldn't be more happy with his work, and we genuinely believe he actually cares about our child's well being and comfort. We feel very blessed to have found Dr. John as he provided us different options and informed us of the pros and cons of each. Ultimately, we are VERY happy with the route we went. Thank you Dr. John

He makes sure to talk to them the whole time to keep their mind off of things and explains everything he is doing before he does it. I would never take her anywhere else.
P	P M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son (age 2) had his first dentist appointment today with Dr.Sarah Pannozzo and she and her team at the office were all wonderful. Temp check and covid screening done at the waiting room. All staff were friendly and were great with kids. They all wore correct ppe to protect themselves and others. The dental hygienist was efficient and nice to my son. She was able to safely check all his teeth while talking to him and making it a fun happy experience! The dental hygienist and Dr. Sarah were both patient with my son and went over postioning and proper brushing techniques and answered all my questions I had. I will definitely take my son back to see Dr. Sarah and I highly recommend this dental office for kids!

They are absolutely wonderful all the way from the receptionists to the dental staff! My daughter had to have dental surgery at the age of 3 and I thought that would terrify her from ever wanting to go to the dentist again and it was the total opposite reaction! Even now, 5 years later at 8 years old my little one gets excited when she has an appointment!! She is always disappointed to find out she has NO cavities because it means she won't be going back for another 6 months. I highly recommend this office and would never even think twice about having her go to anyone else!

Now they want their money up front, have a new policy that won't take low income kids on healthy smiles government programs. Even kids who have been receiving care from this clinic for years was refused an appointment with their Healthy smiles. Dr Panozzo is leaving soon which is sad. So i was informed now only those who have money and can pay for services up front at 200 per initial appointment (not including any treatments) can visit this dentist because it's a "speciality office". You serve children you should serve them all. Shame shame shame. If Health smiles doesn't pay enough dentist should be in an uproar advocating for change not denying care

My kids have no reservations about going to dentist and the care they receive is top notch. Can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Sarah, Dr. John and the whole team!
