Dr. Natalie Gaik

Terrible orothdonist. I was 51 years old,. Had a cross bite and some overlapping teeth on my lower. Metal braces x 3 years, retaining wire placed behind my teeth, 3 months later everything had returned to it's original position. Her answer after nearly $10,000.00, I guess they were just happy where they were. Run and keep running. It's all about the $$$$$$$, not about pride in her work. She does dress very well.

I had my braces on at the age of 23 and off at the age of 27. Initially when they went on I was told 2 years. I had to get 4 teeth removed as I had overcrowding. Very painful process but I'm glad it's over. My teeth look great. I used to be afraid to smile but not anymore! When the braces initially came off I didn't like the result but I was told everything would settle over the next few months and look better and they were right! Honestly they arent quite perfect. I still have a slight overbite but nothing noticeable and i believe it's just the way my mouth is. I'm now 29 and my teeth are still great, but if I don't wear my retainer every evening they start moving ever so slightly. The permanent retainers are still in place. I get compliments on my smile. Overall Dr gaik did a good job and personally, I don't know why so many reviewers are saying she is rude etc I always liked dr Gaik! Shes very nice and I feel like whoever is saying nasty things about her are just intimidated by her. Shes beautiful and fashionable and approachable. Shes never been rude to me or done anything to make me dislike her. I am however taking a few stars off because treatment went on for 2 years longer than it should have, if you miss or have to reschedule an appointment it takes ages to get back in, the wait times there are out of control. I've waited sometimes over an hour past my appointment time and several people in the waiting room had appointments booked for the exact same time (double booking!). The worst thing is the office staff at the front desk. Near the end of my treatment a new girl was hired (younger, dark hair) and I never thought she was rude but the others, especially the old skinny one is awful! I hate her nasty attitude. She needs to be fired. Every time I dealt with her whether on the phone or in office i thought she was in dire need of an attitude change. Overall i would recommend Dr Gaik. Her office is busy and some staff rude but the price is right and my results were good. I will be bringing my daughter in soon for a consult

We've had 4 kids to Dr. Gaik's office and possibly 2 more going. While sometimes the clinic can seem busy or hurried we've never felt rushed when asking questions. And you get what you give if you're pleasant and patient, they respond the same. I've heard more than once patients & parents being rude to the staff first and expect their a$$es kissed. Reception has always been very accommodating and understanding.

I had my braces on for less than 2 years and my teeth were perfect! About a year ago the glue on my bottom retainer chipped off and I went back to get them to re glue it but since it took a few weeks to get in my one bottom tooth had shifted and ever since then they have been awesome at helping me get it fixed (its a very stubborn tooth lol) and with all the closures due to covid going on its taken a bit longer than expected which is not their fault but they have been an amazing team and they are always so friendly! cant say enough good things about the team here. Also they have a great system at the door to screen before anyone enters the building!

Not a very warm and welcoming place. The office staff seem stressed and on auto pilot. The waiting room is very uncomfortable and almost strange with the locked door for the receptionist area. My first impression of Dr. Gaik was... I'm here to run a business and make money, not be your friend. My son's braces kept snapping off, and he was taking good care of them. We only went to her because out of the 4 places we went to, 3 gave the same advice and she was the most affordable. It also bothered me that they were really pushing us to pay the full amount and you would get a deal if you paid the full amount.... but if you were struggling financially like we were, well too bad for you, just make monthly payments and only the well off get a great deal. I will not be taking my daughter there.

I cannot speak highly enough about this clinic. Dr Natalie Gail is so informative, professional and caring. The reception staff is very kind and helpful and the rest of the staff have a high attention to detail, which I find to be important when dealing with permanent changes. I am also super happy with my results! If your looking around to get any work done to your teeth, look no further!

Worst orthodontist and staff ever. RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. This so called “orthodontist” ruined my teeth and my daughter’s teeth. My daughter has a cross bite that she ignored. I have multiple small gaps amongst my teeth, which she neglected. Wire retainer broke twice because of her inexperienced (not to mention RUDE) staff. I eventually sought out a different orthodontist. What a waste of money! You don’t deserve a penny, “Dr.” Gaik.

I would listen to all of the other reviews when they say to run as far away from this place or to put your money into another orthodontist. Due to their negligence and inexperience, my front tooth has started to decay because they didn’t put the permanent retainer on properly so food was getting stuck behind it. Now I have to pay hundreds out of pocket to get my tooth fixed. Would never recommend her to anyone!
