M	Marvin Ross on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Less than one but that is the lowest I was offered. I had been a patient of Dr MacKay when it was his practice and then of Dr Bhalla when he took over. When tooth corner took over it began to deteriorate. I only went there for a broken crown because they had all my records so it was simpler. Huge mistake. The root had to come out which I suspected and I told the dentist that I've always had problems with extractions and have always been sent to an oral surgeon. My last extraction with Dr Bhalla was difficult and he almost had to put me in a cab to see an oral surgeon but the tooth did come out. I told the dentist all this but he insisted that he could do the extraction and if he felt he could not, he would send me to a surgeon. He was wrong!. He spent about 45 minutes struggling with the tooth and, at one point, his hand slipped and he punched me in the face. He finally gave up and now I am off to see a surgeon who I should have been sent to in the first place. Either his ego or his sight of $$ prevented him from using common sense and listening to the experiences of a patient.

L	Linda N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I woke up next day with an infection which became increasingly unbearable as it spread over my jaw and lymph node. I was on antibiotics and when I phoned, the receptionist told me I had signed a waiver, which I did not. No compassion for my suffering over a week.
G	GrumpyScorpion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very disappointed with this place today. Our regular dentist was still closed, so I brought my daughter here to get 2 cavities filled. After having x-rays done and numbing her mouth with a needle, my daughter needed a minute to catch her breath as the needle was painful and she is a child after all. The dentist was visibly impatient and grumpy with her. He started to drill her cavity and after a few seconds she raised her hand to indicate that she still felt pain. He became more annoyed and refused to continue. He suggested a sleep dentist and refused to finish fixing her cavities. Our regular dentist is very good with kids and always has a positive attitude. He would have encouraged her and given her more numbing meds if needed to make sure she didn't have pain, and he would have got the job done with minimal fuss. He wouldn't have given up after only a few minutes. This guy clearly has an attitude problem and is not good with kids. Total waste of time. Do not bring your children here. I gave 1 star because the dental assistant was very nice and my daughter liked her.

The receptionist, hygienist and assistant were all very kind and professional. Dr. Ghaly (I hope I spelt that right) was also very friendly, kind and efficient. He took great care with my teeth and provided pain-free care. I'm really happy to have found this office!

She was very professional and clearly explained the procedure from start to finish while answering all my questions. The clinic was hygienic and the reception was friendly. I believe dr. Alia was worth the longer drive I needed to get there.
C	Christina Whitfield on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people who work in this office are FANTASTIC!! I have never experienced such kindness, thoroughness and compassion from a dentist. Dr. Alia has a gentle touch and a lovely manner. She is understanding and works with you to work on a plan if you need more than one visit. The hygienist is delightful. The receptionist is wonderful. They have put together a very caring environment. I highly recommend them! Especially if you are a little nervous about going to the dentist. They simply care so very much!
