Westdale Dentistry

It had been a while since I'd visited a dentist. So I had to get the works done. That being said, I can't believe the price was so fair and accommodating, that I didn't have to worry about coverage. People tend to skip these essentials because of financial issues. But this location has the best price, the best staff, the best dentist, best service, best customer service, best overall experience, and I've lived all over the world, and the quality of service was above and beyond, even when I compare it to the VIP service in Dubai, where I lived, Wesdale Dentistry really did a hell of a job. By far the most pleasant dental experience I've ever had. Thank You!

Super friendly staff, receptionists up front are always really helpful. Have had fillings and cleanings done here, no complaints either way.

Started going to westdale dentist this year and my experience has been great. Everyone has made me feel comfortable and less anxious. The dentist is awesome. He explains everything he is doing and shows me pictures of my teeth. Its been a great experience so far ?

All about the money with them. Won't accept the disabled on ODSP. Have some very painful teeth that need fixed and a fear of dentists so I tried their online appointment system and outlined all my issues in a lengthy message to which they didn't even show some common courtesy by responding back. A simple No would of been informative but nothing or any concern about the pain I described, so I called the next day. The very first question was how was I going to pay or which Insurance I will be using. I replied ODSP which covers what I needed done but she said "they don't accept that at this time" and then gave me a number to a horribly reviewed dental office far away that has many complaints. I guess the disabled don't deserve the same good dental care like you privileged people do huh? Find another place where you will be treated fairly with compassion and empathy because you won't here. Disgraceful business practice. ***Edited to update after owner's response*** This isn't a fake or false review for the person reviewing this flagged review. If your dental office bothered to read my review, you would see that you denied me being a patient of yours because I am disabled and on ODSP... for which you denied my coverage. Go ahead and take legal action but don't forget to mention to your lawyer how your Westdale Dentistry office discriminates against the disabled and violates basic human rights. My review should stand as a warning to others about your discriminatory business practices. Btw, I have your receptionist on a phone recording stating "we don't accept ODSP recipients or their insurance coverage at this time". Good luck!

Very friendly and comfortable environment. Going to the dentist used to really freak me out, but they are always super nice and calming. In regards to the previous review stating they don't accept ODSP, I can testify against that. I have been here multiple times with no issues at all and am a recipient of ODSP.

First time visit for a cleaning and filling and it was great! Everyone was friendly, little to no wait times, great at explaining what was happening and answering my questions. Got my first filling done with no freezing and no pain. Plus direct billing to insurance! Def recommend if you're looking for a dentist in the area
