Went to get my wisdom teeth removed & ended up leaving without it happening because the staff failed to inform me about paying for the appointment ($2,045) in FULL before surgery! Which I personally cannot afford, especially not without notice and being able to save for it. And then they made it out as if it was my fault because I didn’t know. I asked more than once during my consultation 2 months prior if I was able to do a payment plan & they made me well aware I was allowed to make payments of X amount whenever able too. Besides all that the nurses working proceeded to give my mother, sister & myself a disgusting amount of attitude, eye rolls, shoulder shrugging & sighs while we attempted to figure out what to do about this issue. Ended up leaving & now I am going elsewhere for precedure that will treat myself & my family with respect. I refuse to be under anaesthetic with these people “caring” for me.

Takes a few days for the insurance to come in? No problem, they took a post dated cheque! Wow, if only everything in life were this easy!

Don't trust the negative comments!!!! Update: Had my surgery done without any flaws. Went by quickly and my healing is great with minimal pain. I don't even need to take the Tylenol 3's I was prescribed. Iburprofen does the trick. Thank you for taking such great care of my mouth! Great Dr and great service! Dr Al and his staff deserves 10 stars!!

Dr Gusenbauer and the staff at his clinic are kind, professional and caring, and I was completely put at ease during the initial consultation, the procedure and my follow-up appointment. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and did not experience any pain during the procedure or after. The cost of my initial consultation and the procedure were both very reasonable. All instructions leading up to the procedure are explicitly laid out to me, so after care was a breeze. I would recommend Dr. Gusenbauer without hesitation and in the highest regard.

They took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions. They were so well organized and had a package ready for us. The day of the surgery was amazing. It couldn't have went better. They treated my daughter with such kindness and took care of her as though she was their own child. Even walked her to the car with me. The BEST dental experience we have ever had.
