★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Splitsville tonight as it was a friends birthday. This was a staple in our yearly birthday plans. Upon arrival at the venue we were told it was going to be an hour and a half wait. This was not a problem. We proceeded to go to the bar to try and enjoy some drinks. Upon getting up to play foosball with a mask on, we were shamed by “disrespecting the “manager””because we pulled our mask down to have a drink while playing. What is the point of serving drinks if you’re going to shame your customers for trying to enjoy your services? This is ridiculous and a bit of a power trip to say the least. We were good enough to have money taken from, but not good enough to play the games you offer? We were turned down service for this matter. If it was warranted, I wouldn’t be upset, but the “manager” clearly wasn’t having a good night and needed to make sure she felt better about herself. There were plenty of people enjoying themselves while enjoying the amenities at hand, and pulling their masks down to drink the beverages they had bought, however none of them were turned down service for the duration of their stay. Clearly the “manager” took it personally as she told us “if I have to wear it for 12 hours of my shift you have to wear it as well”. I encourage the actual managing staff to review the footage from Saturday March 5, 2022. I’m not sure if this has to do with race as the majority of us were individuals of colour , but that’s neither here nor there. Respect your clientele . They’re the ones paying your bills. They’re the ones that keep you in business. The way you reacted tonight was completely uncalled for. Especially when nothing wrong was done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bowling and arcade are great, reasonable prices and loads of fun. They offer some good drinks special as well
However, I wouldn’t come here if looking for something good to eat. I’ve tried most of the appetizers and they’re just not good. Service is mediocre as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service on every level was excellent from start to finish. After bowling, we hit the arcade for half price Thursday and everyone left happy and with an arm full of prizes. The food and drinks we ordered while bowling were excellent and everything came out quickly. The chicken wings were perfect, kids pizzas were gobbled up and the fried pickle spears were mouth watering. Our server, Kennedy was attentive and super friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here twice in Oct ‘21 and last month in May, Its a good place to hang out with friends and family alike! I noticed they have upgraded their Bowling software and the screens which was a delightful surprise! I am bit of neat freak and I totally appreciate that these guys spray the shoes with sanitizer (or whatever liquid they use) in between renting shoes! The staff is friendly and the food & drinks are good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All around staff are friendly, the person at front desk was really nice, she even put the rails up for my 4 year old sister to help her with getting points. However the costumer service with the serving food or drink could be improved. It was difficult to get food or drinks as we had to look for an employee and ask about it. Nobody checked on us when while we had the food, the pizza we ordered was just left on the table with nobody saying anything to us or letting us know. We had minimal contact (if any). When it was time to pay she just left the debit machine on the table and left, she didn’t ask if I wanted to pay in cash which I would have preferred. Overall the place is nice, clean and well maintained. The customer service could be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking for a fun and classic date night. Splitsville may be your answer. Gone are the days of small, sketchy, bowling lanes. Splitsville is a location based entertainment complex with food drinks games and bowling. Tons of lanes, fully licensed and great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and very willing to help.
The arcade is fun for kids but gets quite loud at times. I tried to win this drunk monkey at the crane game but he seems to be stuck in there.
Overall a great time for the family.
