They are caring, knowledgeable and very thorough. Stephanie takes the time to explain everything I need to know prior to my treatment and always follows up with me after as well. It is clear that they are dedicated to each of their clients. I am looking forward to my next visit.

I took time off work and went there for my appointment, only to be told that I was never booked in, and the person I was supposed to see wasn't even in that day. The woman on the phone said she would look into it and get back to me. She never did. I emailed them also regarding it and never heard back. It was a disappointing experience and bad service overall.
D	Dave on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a great experience. New to botox and had my first treatment recently and as someone new to this type of thing I wasn't too sure what to expect. My appointment was booked and although my time had to be rescheduled the team was great in terms of reaching out to me to inform me of the proposed change of the time slot. I appreciate that they emailed and called and even left a VM. Once I got there, parking was ample and I was able to walk right in, fill out a quick form and receive treatment right away. I had nurse Ashlynn do my treatment and she was great in answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns as someone who has never had this done she made me feel at ease. Procedure went great and I'm now very comfortable with getting a touch up done. The area where I had wrinkles on my face has drastically improved and I feel that it made me look maybe 5 to 10 years younger. Reasonable pricing also. Thanks guy ?

Ashlynn exceeded my expectations and made sure I was satisfied with my results during my follow-up appointment.
