★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a worsth experience . I will not suggest to visit this shop. Actually before few days I order to make a mug but it was not made as I expected and also when I went their for help that if they could do something to improve the mug but they said no they cannot do it and also all fault came on me that I provided the photo like that before I shared the difference pic they said it will not suit .I changed to other nad they approve it .And at last when I went there after seeing mug they said no and all fault came on me. Atleast they can provide discount but they even Don't have a curtsy for the customer.I am totally disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never recommend. I got my passport photo done from this shop and I paid for both physical and digital photo. But he didn’t send my digital photo to my email. When I tried to contact them it showed that they are closed for next three days until victoria’s day. I would never recommend this place because they do not value your time instead charge tons of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommending this store to anyone. The quality of the picture is very bad -blurred!!!!! Wasted $23 for unprofessional work! I advise you guys to go the the nearest shoppers stores.
Customer service is very poor - I dont know if the guy in front is tired or hate his job! I will never come back to you anymore. If you care about your business, make your work good with quality and top notch service! WE ONLY LIVE ONCE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER RETURNING just because of the guy at front. I called him to ask the price and book in. He was so rude and hung up on me and I had to call again and still he was so rude. When I went in, he was not at all professional and just asked me to go in the room where pictures are taken. When he came in, he didn't even give me any directions of how the face should be kept and if I should adjust my hair. He came clicked picture and that's it. While paying, he asked if I should be paying cash or card, told him card and I had a coupon that I showed him and then paid for it. But I saw another coupon on desk and told him I have that one too but just wasn't sure if that's valid as it was not officially on website but I found somewhere else. He was so mean and said he cannot refund me now. People should understand that not everyone has tons of money. While I showed him the coupon he could have also offered the another one which was right next to the paying machine. The guy was so rude at all the time and when giving me my pictures he said I gave you two extra while he gave me only what I paid for. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Be nice and gentle, doesn't take a lot of efforts.
