The day i was supposed to pick then up they called and asked me to come in to measure my pupils, which they should have done to begin with. The guy that worked there was like "oops, i should have down this the day you picked your frames" but he didn't so i had to wait another week. Ok, fine, annoying but whatever. They took another week and then called me to tell me that the frames they sold me can't even be made into prescription glasses.... WTF two weeks later and i have to wait ANOTHER week to have a pair made. Terrible customer service. Do not expect to get your glasses in an acceptable amount of time. You can't just say sorry and expect people to ever come back or recommend you. Super unprofessional. Well deserved one star.

Took almost 3 weeks to get one pair of glasses. Just to be told I never have anything for coverage? When told what they did wrong I was met with extreme attitude. Do not recommend this location.

Thanks to Optcal clearence staff for their co-operation!
J	Jerry Fougere on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY GLASSES FROM HERE,! Garbage quality, I have had 3 pairs where the lenses have cracked. Most recently I bought safety glasses for work. I wore them twice when I took them out of the provided case, I noticed they had cracks all over the lenses. I took them back to the store the person who measures your eyes, said to me yeah there stress fractures, I said I thought safety glasses weren’t supposed to crack/ break etc. His exact words were it must have been how you stored them, I told him they were stored indoors in the case you provided. Then he said if you pay another 80 dollars he could replace the lenses. EVERYONE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR DO NOT BUY HERE THEY USE SUB STANDARD LENSES. GARBAGE QUALITY

You can't beat the prices, I love the selection, and the staff are so helpful when picking out frames for your face shape. I just had to have some frames fixed because I rolled over on them, and they were able to do a same-day fix. SHOP LOCAL, you won't regret it!

I have always been treated with the utmost respect. Their customer service has been exceptional. If I require adjustments or repairs they have been accommodating. Yesterday I sat on my glasses and broke them! I called OC and they made an appointment for me right away. They could have sold me another pair for $400, but instead I walked out of there at the end of the day spending only $40. In December, when I have a new prescription, I will be back again!! In fact I may be in today for an adjustment . Thank you for your patience and understanding.
