I had some retinal tears several years ago and was referred to a specialist at this clinic. The care has been phenomenal- at the first visit which dealt with the tears on both eyes, to the followup visits, first 1 week apart, then months, and now every 2 years. Since I've been going there, the staff has continually improved their procedures to make the clinic work smoothly. They're great!

Very busy place, but extremely organized. Once you show for your appointment, they do get you in to see the doctor in a timely fashion. The time you are estimated for all processes is accurate.

Get ready to wait forever! Talk about chaotic, disorganized and confusing. My appointment was for 9:30 and here we are over an hour later and still haven't been called to see the doctor. I've had this referral appointment for almost a year. It's as bad as a walk-in clinic or even urgent care. Complete waste of my time to come here.

If I would Give Dr Varun Chaudhary the obstetrician a zero if I could, My father has been his patient since 2016. Right after he had a stroke, all of his other doctor who are specialists in their individual fields of study are all in the same location. He booked an appointment for my dad to see him in one year from the previous time he had seen him. My father had wanted to make an appointment to see him before that and he was unable to be reached anywhere. So we waited for the appointment that he booked for todays date. Which was book a year ago Dr Chaudhary tried to cancel the appointment a week prior. We had to fight to keep the appointment. As a doctor he should not make a patient wait a year and then cancel a week before especially when he is harder to get in contact with then secret service. When we addressed him about this he claim my father is not his patient, he only sees him for his diabetes. And he needs to be referred to him, how has my father been see him for three years already if he was never his patient or referred to him. Anyways to make a long story short he is very rude and needs to be in the medical field to help people not for a paycheck. He was very rude instead of say sorry there was a misunderstanding lets move forward he started denying my father was his patient and he needs a referral. Shame on him.

Regarding Dr Chaudhary: he's apparently skilled. But he doesn't think about his patient's quality of life. It's one thing to reattach a retina, it's another to leave the patient with such distorted vision that it would've been better for them to lose the sight in the eye and learn to adjust. I think he's just too busy and they need to recruit another specialist for Hamilton. And as for calling the office...I've never encountered a more rinky dink operation anywhere. They need more secretaries who are actually in the office and answering the phone. The system is TERRIBLE. You can only call on certain days and then wait endlessly for someone to call you back...which may never happen.

I was terrified to go but once I was there they are all so nice and treated me very well ! They professionalism is outatanding! I have at o much faith in Dr Chaudry snd doing so much better now that I have such great respect for the entire team! All are helpful

My spouse was just a patient at this facility and received the most disrespectful care by Dr.Carr an ophthalmology resident. I would highly recommend another choice in doctor if you have the option as this person clearly has no regard for bedside manner or patient care.

Usually it is good but not this time. Had to wait 40 min for my visual fields had the test and sat for quite awhile listening to the techs talking finally went behind the screen to say ok I am done what happens now? Proceeded to OC T test unfortunately the tech must have been new unable to do the test so the senior person was called to do it. Not my best experience.
