I've been with this clinic for more than maybe 4 years I believes as I move into this survey and was told about this clinic that are well aware about ferrets which I'm thrilled as it's really difficult to find a vet clinic that are well aware of ferrets. Unfortunately they simply refused take my another ferret in just because he's new ferret when I've already told them I now have 5 ferrets when one of my ferret was sick, I named 3 another's that I adopted from abusive home on my FILES! But nope it's the doctor's decision not to take a look. And reference me to Oakville or thorold or st.catheriene which doesn't make any sense for this long distance driving when I'm only 5 MINS away from this clinic! Which consider this clinic neglect my animal that are in needed of help. What's more the staff wouldn't want to continue the phone call with me but told me to email them. What thats suppose to be meaning ? So I decided to withdrawal entire of my animals out of this vet clinic and has found myself a BEST vet clinic ever that took my ferret in faster than this clinic could. The drive distance is only 15 mins. Brutally that they couldn't reference me to that vet yet I FOUND THEM on my own. Greedy with the $$$$$ likewise! New clinic doesn't cost me that much like this vet clinic does in the past with my ferrets. Good riddance! And I'm making this goes VIRAL! Animals MURDERS you guys are after read the reviews. Shame on you guys!
E	Erin Addison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service from their reception, called looking for critical medicine for my dog that is back ordered. Despite having stock and my vet indicating they could send the prescription they refused to dispense the medication. Sad that a pets health isn’t a priority at this clinic. Thankfully was able to find another clinic with the medicine in stock that does care about the health of animals and not just making money off patients.

My dogs have seen all three Vets at the clinic at some point or another and everyone is SUPER amazing. I have to say- from the Receptionists to the vet techs and all three Vets-Such loving and caring people. They treat your animals like their very own-Puts me at ease knowing my fur babies are in such good Hands. Most Recently I had one of my pups-Chloe in to have Bloodwork, Xrays, a dental Cleaning and extractions done by Dr. Egbers and I am so beyond happy I made the switch from our previous animal hospital in the mountain. Dr. Egbers made sure she called me and made me aware of what exactly needed to be done with Chloe before proceeding. It made me feel so comfortable and at ease with the procedure. I really really really highly recommend this place. I am so thankful for the level of care provided-attention to detail and for always ensuring my Babies are well taken care of! Thank YOU sooooo much! You guys are amazing and I am so Thankful to have you as our vet team.

The babies were born with issues. The people at this practice were invaluable to us, working through it. Even calling after hours with such excitement after researching the problem to tell us, there is good news with the prognosis. Discussing options and the best way to be cost effective, reaching out to specialist in the industry to get their thoughts, and pushing quick referrals to a physio specialist. Just an amazing experience to find so many true animal lovers with the best bed side manner a pet owner could hope for.
M	Marcia French on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my family has been going here for years. have always received excellent service, everyone has been good and kind and clearly they care about animals. last week i had to put my cat of 15 years down and i was a wreck. the compassion and care i was shown with this process made it so much easier to endure. there was no pressure. i was given time to say goodbye. i just received a card in the mail with their condolences which they did not have to do at all. the little things count for a lot, i think. thank you very much for your service.

We called this morning and even though they were very busy, the team was able to fit us in on short notice, treat him, and give us peace of mind. Really appreciate the care the team gave our boy! Great first experience, and looking forward to a great relationship with the Stoney Creek team!
